Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Control Output (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Control Output is a tool that lets you log and visualize your daily posting and engagement activity across third-party social platforms (currently Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram). You can use it manually, or via our optional browser extension which counts the actions you take in your own browser session.

We don't post, vote, or message on your behalf. We don't read your DMs or private content. We don't scrape other users. We're a personal scoreboard, not an automation tool.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the dashboard becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data stays put, you just can't add new accounts or log new activity.

• Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase covering the lifetime of the Service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• We don't offer refunds by default. If something's broken on our end, email us. We're reasonable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). You're responsible for your conduct on those platforms.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent the accounts you're tracking.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.

The Service helps you measure your activity on third-party platforms but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, X Corp, LinkedIn, Meta, or any other platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

You own the data you log. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data so we can provide the Service. We don't sell your data.

The Service, including the website, brand, software, and extension, is owned by Control Output. You don't get any ownership rights by using it.

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will be free of bugs. The counts we display are the best information we have but aren't a legal record of your activity on any third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Control Output is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts us or others at risk.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
